TEQUILA

Tequila

A table for tequila and mezcal.

We recreated the withered atmosphere of provincial towns in Mexico, such as San Miguel Allende, Oaxaca, and Dolores Hidalgo. The overall design minimizes the use of bricks, stones, and mortar, with a large proportion of wood. Mexico is very dry, so you'll feel like you're there.

When we think of Mexico, we immediately think of hot chili peppers. There are many types of chili peppers used in cooking, such as chile ancho, chile arbol, chile pasilla, etc., but they are dark in color because they are dried before being used. The pottery is based on the Chile Serrano motif, which is easily associated with the dish.

The red and green chili peppers are connected with woven leather strings and are movable, so you can enjoy your tequila while touching them.
